Customer Service Rep/Teller (Part-time)

Customer Service Rep/Teller will perform a variety of teller services, such as greeting customers, processing deposits and withdrawals, customer account maintenance, and educating customers on banks products and services.  Must have energetic, upbeat personality.  Previous cash handling and customer service experience a must.

This is a 20 hour per week position, Monday - Friday 11am-3pm.

Service Manager

Business Development and Treasury Management Officer

The Business Development and Treasury Management Officer will be responsible for managing business development activities for Wheatland business and commercial deposit services within the Greater Spokane market, while managing the treasury management function of the bank. 

 

This position will oversee the day-to-day business development activities of all Spokane branches to ensure exceptional customer service is achieved and that business development goals are met.  In this role, the Business Development and Treasury Management Officer will work directly with branch managers and loan officers to develop new customer relationships in the Spokane market and will provide leadership and sales management coaching to branch managers in other markets, as needed.  This position will actively network in the community, to increase the banks visibility and to enhance business opportunities.

 

This position will have regular customer contact on high profile business accounts, requiring periodic travel within the 14 branch markets in Spokane and Eastern Washington. The position will assist branch managers with the development, delivery, growth and profitability of all treasury management services (cash management, remote deposit capture, analyzed accounts, and other fee based business banking services).  Additionally, this position recommends treasury management policies and updates/develops procedures, will work with branches to help grow department, lead regular meetings, assist with setting growth and service goals for branches, and coaches, monitors and manages branch and department results.  


Successful candidate will have a BA/BS in a related field and 5+ years banking and/or treasury management, sales and technical experience, or an equivalent combination of both.  Must have a solid understanding and experience in Banking.  Strong interpersonal skills are a must.

Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operational and profitability of the branch by directing sales and business development, meeting operational objectives and ensuring the branch achieves its annual goals. Duties include the management and leadership of employee development and engagement, continual coaching and performance management. The Branch Manager is responsible for prospecting and enhancing business relationships by identifying and referring sales opportunities for financial needs and presenting all options to the customer, following up as needed. Branch Manager relationship banking responsibilities include achieving sales goals, profiling customers to identify a customer’s financial needs across all service lines, and providing a referral to the appropriate department if needed.

Successful candidates must have 2-5 years recent experience in a financial institution and excellent computer skills including excel and word.  Must have proven history leading and developing a team.  Community involvement and ties highly desired.
