Residential Compliance Specialist

Wheatland Bank is seeking a Residential Compliance Specialist.  This position is responsible for monitoring and reviewing all pre-qualifications, preapprovals and applications in process to ensure all are “in-line” with regulatory compliance guidelines.  Serves as a liaison for the Residential Mortgage Department and Compliance Department to ensure all applications are in compliance.  Monitor and review to ensure accurate file disclosures and re-disclosures were delivered to the consumer within regulatory requirements. Effectively review and monitor HMDA data for the Home Loan Department. Follow Wheatland Bank procedures to ensure the bank’s state and federal regulatory compliance within the Home Loan Department. Provide compliance support to both the production, fulfillment and servicing team. Serves the bank’s customers by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of information pertaining to their loan terms and legal rights.

Service Manager

Service Manager responsibilities include the management and leadership of employee development and engagement, continual coaching and performance management, and a portion of the branch’s daily operation. The Service Manager is responsible for enhancing business relationships by identifying and referring sales opportunities for financial needs and presenting all options to the customer, following up as needed. The Service Manager’s relationship banking responsibilities include achieving goals, create opportunities to identify a customer’s financial needs across all product and service lines, and provide a referral to the appropriate department when needed.

 

Strong interpersonal and management skills, knowledge of bank operations, and involvement in the local community required.

 

Qualified applicants will have at least two years’ experience in bank operations, along with proven sales skills.

Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operational and profitability of the branch by directing sales and business development, meeting operational objectives and ensuring the branch achieves its annual goals. The Branch Manager is responsible for prospecting and enhancing business relationships by identifying and referring sales opportunities for financial needs and presenting all options to the customer, following up as needed. Branch Manager relationship banking responsibilities include achieving sales goals, profiling customers to identify a customer’s financial needs across all service lines, and providing a referral to the appropriate department if needed.

 

Successful candidates must have 2-5 years recent experience in a financial institution and excellent computer skills including Excel and Word. 

 

Must have proven history leading and developing a team. 

 

Community involvement and ties highly desired.
