Will be proactive, contributing members of the Commercial Lending division who are responsible for identifying and acquiring profitable business relationships and cultivating new customer relationships and cross-selling all bank products to ensure that annual new loan and deposit goals are achieved. Responsible for all phases of lending process to include: Lead generation and sourcing, initial analysis and evaluation of the credit worthiness of submitted loans, adherence to all Bank loan policies/procedures and subsequent management of the loan portfolio. Strong analytical, underwriting, time management and organizational skills are necessary. Minimum 5 years experience in commercial lending.
Wheatland Bank is currently searching for an upbeat and energetic individual with outstanding customer service skills to work on a part-time benefitted basis in our Downtown Spokane branch, approximately 30 hours per week. You must be flexible to work additional hours as needed to assist with coverage due to vacations or other time off taken by co-workers. You will perform a variety of teller services such as greeting customers, processing deposits and withdrawals, customer account maintenance, and cross selling bank products and services. Previous cash handling and customer service experience desired.
Wheatland Bank is currently searching for a seasoned lender with at least 5 years experience in mortgage lending to help grow and manage our mortgage origination department. Looking for a driven individual who is motivated to work in a production oriented environment. Will have proven ability to analyze credit information, making informed decisions and recommendations. Must have extensive understanding of mortgage lending policies, regulations and procedures, including in-depth knowledge of conventional, FHA and VA loans. Strong sales skills and established relationships with real estate professionals a plus. The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, and will be required to register with the NMLS.
Wheatland Bank is seeking an experienced mortgage loan processor with 2+ years experience. Must have thorough knowledge of entire loan process (conventional, FHA and VA) and the skills necessary to handle high volume of loan files in a timely manner. Will act as liaison between the borrower and loan officer, from pre-approval to closing, ensuring all loan documentation is completed accurately and within compliance guidelines. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be a team player willing to work with multiple loan officers. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Will be required to register with the NMLS.
Wheatland Bank is seeking a dynamic and customer focused assistant to support the Financial Advisor in our new Wheatland Wealth Management division. We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants. Good working knowledge of investments and asset transfers, including common stocks, bonds and mutual funds is helpful. Must be detail oriented, professional in manner and possess excellent communication, multi-tasking and organizational and customer service skills. Must also be a quick learner, a self starter, have superior phone skills, and be tolerant of interruptions. Securities or insurance experience preferred.
