Credit Analyst, full-time - Spokane, Washington

Wheatland Bank is currently seeking a Credit Analyst with 4+ years experience in a commercial lending environment.  Will analyze credit data to estimate degree of risk involved in extending credit to customers; evaluate results of investigations, prepare reports of findings and suggest credit limitations to management.  Will also review appraisals for compliance with law and policy, prepare debt service analysis, and recommend credit risk mitigation.  Must have experience compiling information in a database and running ad-hoc reports.  Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

   

Loan Officer, full-time - Wenatchee, Washington

Wheatland Bank is currently seeking an experience and motivated Commercial Loan Officer for our Central Washington market.  Will be a proactive, contributing member of the Commercial Lending division who is responsible for identifying and acquiring profitable business relationships and cultivating new customer relationships and cross-selling all bank products to ensure that annual new loan and deposit goals are achieved.  Responsible for all phases of lending process to include:  Lead generation and sourcing, initial analysis and evaluation of the credit worthiness of submitted loans, adherence to all Bank loan policies/procedures and subsequent managment of the loan portfolio.  Strong analytical, underwriting, time management and organizational skills are necessary.  Minimum 5 years experience in commercial lending.
