Branch Manager - Davenport

Seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Branch Manager to manage and further develop our thriving, successful Davenport market, branch and personnel.  Ideal candidate will have experience in branch operations, customer service, business development, and management. 

Must have 2-5 years recent experience in a financial institution and excellent interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.  Proven history leading and developing a team is a must.  Local community involvement is highly desired and experience with lending and sales a plus.

 

Mortgage Lender - Spokane

Opportunities available in the Spokane area for experienced and motivated residential loan officers.  Will be a proactive, contributing member of the mortgage lending team, who is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of residential loan customer relationships.  This includes generating leads, communicating with the borrower, collecting and analyzing financial data, determining the best rate and program for the borrower's needs, and maintaining availability to answer borrower's questions.  Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years mortgage loan origination, knowledge of the underwriting process, ability to analyze financials, proficiency with lending compliance standards and regulations associated with mortgage lending, and excellent customer service skills.  Must be self-driven, ambitious, analytical, and goal oriented.  Will have a strong work ethic, with excellent time management, sales, underwriting, leadership, and communication skills. Will possess computer proficiency using Excel and Word and be able to effectively supervise lending department personnel.     

 

Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officer - Yakima

Experiences and motivated Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officer needed, with opportunities for, or advancement to, management and leadership roles.  Will proactively and effectively manage existing Bank customer loan relationships and successfully identify and develop new customer loan relationships for the Bank.  Must be self driven, ambitious, goal oriented, with strong analytical, underwriting, customer service and sales skills.  Will have strong leadership traits, work ethic, written and verbal communication and time management skills. Will possess basic computer skills including Excel and Word and be able to effectively supervise lending department personnel.  Ideal candidates will have a minimum 5 years experience in commercial or agricultural lending.

 

Bankcard Specialist

Seeking a Bankcard Specialist to assist in the management of the Bank's credit and debit programs.  This position is responsible for processing applications and payments, performing research, handling disputes, and providing outstanding customer service.  Excellent communication and customer service skills required, along with the ability to multi-task and work independently.  Previous banking experience preferred.

 

Service Manager - Downtown Spokane

Seeking a dynamic, highly-motivated professional to manage branch operations.  Responsible for managing customer relationships, achieving branch goals, budgeting, business development, and managing CSR/Teller staff.   This position also assists Tellers with daily transactions, as needed.

Strong interpersonal and management skills, knowledge of bank operations, and involvement in the local community required. 

Ideal candidate will have two years experience in bank operations, and proven sales skills.
