Seeking a dynamic, highly-motivated professional to manage branch operations. Responsible for manager customer relationships, achieving branch goals, budgeting, business development, and managing CSR/Teller staff. This position will also assist Tellers with daily transactions as needed.
Strong interpersonal and management skills, knowledge of bank operations, and involvement in the local community required.
Qualified applicants will have at least two years experience in bank operations, along with proven sales skills.
Experiences and motivated Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officer needed, with opportunities for, or advancement to, management and leadership roles. Will proactively and effectively manage existing Bank customer loan relationships and successfully identify and develop new customer loan relationships for the Bank. Must be self driven, ambitious, goal oriented, with strong analytical, underwriting, customer service and sales skills. Will have strong leadership traits, work ethic, written and verbal communication and time management skills. Will possess basic computer skills including Excel and Word and be able to effectively supervise lending department personnel. Ideal candidates will have a minimum 5 years experience in commercial or agricultural lending.

Will perform a variety of teller services, such as greeting customers, processing deposits and withdrawals, customer account maintenance and cross-selling products and services. Previous cash handling and customer service experience a must.

Seeking an individual to be a productive, contributing member of the mortgage lending team. This individual is typically responsible for successfully managing all aspects of the residential loan customer relationships. This includes generating leads, communicating with the borrower, collecting and analyzing financial data, determining the best rate and program for the borrowers needs, and maintaining availability to answer borrowers questions.
