Mortgage Lenders - Spokane and Wenatchee

Opportunities available in the Spokane and Wenatchee areas.  Will be a proactive, contributing member of the mortgage lending team, who is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of residential loan customer relationships.  This includes generating leads, communicating with the borrower, collecting and analyzing financial data, determining the best rate and program for the borrower's needs, and maintaining availability to answer borrower's questions.  Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years mortgage loan origination, knowledge of the underwriting process, ability to analyze financials, proficiency with lending compliance standards and regulations associated with mortgage lending, and excellent customer service skills.  Must be self-driven, ambitious, analytical, and goal oriented.  Will have a strong work ethic, with excellent time management, sales, underwriting, leadership, and communication skills. Will possess computer proficiency using Excel and Word and be able to effectively supervise lending department personnel.     


Systems Administrator

Seeking a Systems Administrator.  Job qualifications include; AD and group policy administration; configure and maintain email servers, email archieve and spam systems; Sharepoint system design and management; responsible for migration and upgrading server operating systems; regular system patch management, often during off hours; daily monitoring and administration of server backups; bank specific software administration; end user software training and documentation; work closely with network administrator on a variety of projects; cross train backup network administrator on a variety of projects; cross train and backup network administrator on appropriate systems.


Network Administrator

Seeking experienced LAN/WAN Administrator.  Job qualifications include; configure, monitor, and secure network switches, routers, firewalls; setup and provision iSCSI SAN; disaster recovery design, replication and regular testing; design, configure, maintain VMware infastructure; configure and maintain Cisco VOIP systems; keep documentation of network maps and systems up to date; work closely with System Administrator on variety of projects; cross train and share administration duties of various servers products.  Pervious experience required.  Cisco or VMware certification preferred.


Loan Documentation Imager

Seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to assist in our loan department, located in Downtown Spokane.  Duties include indexing, cateloging, filing & review of loan documentation, both paper and electronic.  Additionally, will ssist with variouss report and document preparation.

Must have previous experience working in a support capacity in a busy and dead-line oriented office environment.  Banking and/or lending experience preferred.


Loan Processing Support Specialist

Seeking highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our Downtown Spokane team.  This position provides technical and administrative support to the Credit Administration, Loan Processing, Loan Servicing, and Compliance Departments; Ensures accurate inout and review of loans into the Bank's mainframe database, as well as processes loan applications for In-House Portfolio Residential Loans and HELOC Loans; Assists in the technical training of Loan Processors, the preparing of various reports, and other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned.


Part Time CSR/Teller - Chelan

Seeking upbeat and energetic individual with outstanding customer service skills for our Chelan branch.  Candidate must be flexible to work additional hours as needed to assist with branch coverage.  Will perform a variety of teller services, such as greeting customers, processing deposits and withdrawls, customer account maintenance, and cross selling bank products and services.  Previous cash handling and customer service experience desired.
