Opportunities available in the Spokane and Tri-Cities areas. Will be a proactive, contributing member of the mortgage lending team, who is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of residential loan customer relationships. This includes generating leads, communicating with the borrower, collecting and analyzing financial data, determining the best rate and program for the borrower's needs, and maintaining availability to answer borrower's questions. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years mortgage loan origination, knowledge of the underwriting process, ability to analyze financials, proficiency with lending compliance standards and regulations associated with mortgage lending, and excellent customer service skills. Must be self-driven, ambitious, analytical, and goal oriented. Will have a strong work ethic, with excellent time management, sales, underwriting, leadership, and communication skills. Will possess computer proficiency using Excel and Word and be able to effectively supervise lending department personnel.
Full-time position in our downtown Spokane administrative office to perform A/P, reconciliations, wires, Fedline processing, general ledger postings, receptionist duties, and special projects. This position requires a solid understanding of basic accounting functions, along with strong Excel, 10-key, and organizational skills. 1-3 years previous experience in accounting, finance, or related field required. Must be accurate, punctual, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize.
