Operations Supervisor - Wilbur

Wheatland Bank is currently seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor in our Wilbur branch. Dynamic, highly-motivated professional will be responsible for the daily operation of cash/vault, new accounts, and Teller/CSR functions. Will complete and maintain monthly audit certifications and ensure compliance issues are met. Required to keep up-to-date on product changes and services offered by the bank. This position reports to the Branch Manager. Must be a detail oriented individual with demonstrated customer and employee interpersonal relationship skills. Must have the ability to multi-task with detailed knowledge of all bank operations. Qualified applicants must have banking experience and supervisory experience. 

 

Commercial/Agricultural Loan Officers/Team Leaders - Various Locations

Experienced and motivated Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officers needed, with opportunities for, or advancement to, management and leadership roles. Will proactively and effectively manage existing Bank customer loan relationships and successfully identify and develop new customer loan  relationships for the Bank.  Must be self driven, ambitious, goal oriented, with strong analytical, underwriting, customer service and sales skills.  Will have strong leadership traits, work ethic,  written and verbal communication and time management skills. Will possess  basic computer skills including Excel and Word and be able to effectively supervise lending department personnel. Ideal candidates will have minimum 5 years experience in commercial or agricultural lending, or experience in public accounting or finance.

 

Mortgage Loan Officers - Various Locations

Wheatland Bank is currently searching for seasoned mortgage lenders who have current experience in mortgage lending to help grow our mortgage origination department. Looking for driven individuals who are motivated to work in a production oriented environment. Will have proven ability to analyze credit information, making informed decisions and recommendations. Must have extensive understanding of mortgage lending policies, regulations and procedures, including in-depth knowledge of conventional, FHA and VA loans. Strong sales skills and established relationships with real estate professionals a plus. The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, and will be required to register with the NMLS.  Must have a minimum 2 years in mortgage loan origination, knowledge of underwriting process and ability to analyze financials, proficient with lending compliance standards regulations, and excellent customer service skills.

 

Credit Analysts - Various Locations

Career-oriented professionals will have financial analysis experience. Will analyze  customer financial statements, tax returns, budgets and other financial  data, and perform ratio, industry benchmark, historical and budget to actual comparative analysis.   Will perform underwriting analysis and help prepare loan reports from which loan decisions will be based upon.  Must have strong analytical and financial/accounting skills as well as effective time management and communication skills and be proficient in Word and Excel. Position includes opportunities for advancement, including loan officer career path.

 

Loan Processors - Downtown Spokane, Moses Lake

Well organized and detail oriented individuals will support and work closely with loan officers and credit analysts and interface with customers to  provide assistance in the preparation of loan documents, disbursement of loan advances, loan servicing, and organization and maintenance of electronic loan files.  Qualified applicants will be attentive to customers' and loan officers' loan processing needs, be well  organized, detail-oriented, accurate, efficient and able to multi-task in a customer-oriented environment.  Must be proficient at Word and Excel and be able to work with loan databases. Accuracy with financial calculations is essential. 3-5 years previous experience in a lending, banking, finance, or accounting environment preferred.
